I shopped around for my cash-out refinance at several places that ranged from small, local companies to the largest in the industry. Texas Lending had the same (or better) rates than everyone else but the fees were thousands less! I found my loan officer to be very responsive. My only frustration was with the new government regulations that increased the number of hoops that must be jumped through and the excessive waiting times to both close and fund the loan. The process of refinancing my mortgage went much faster and was way easier than I was anticipating. I have cut my mortgage in half and barely added onto my monthly payment.

Melody Pyman was excellent to work with. She was always available to answer any questions I had and was able to readily provide the information I needed. She responded quickly to messages and worked closely with myself and my realtor. Aspire lending worked diligently as a team to process my loan as quickly as possible to accommodate my timeline. Melody came highly reccomended and I will also reccomended her service to anyone asking.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone we worked with (Rob, Tracy, Emily, Joslyn, etc.) were very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you for everything you did for us!
