Very happy customer I bought a white Honda civic from Athens dodge recently and I absolutely love it. I couldn't get my books and extra key the day I bought it because cabinets were locked or something so they over nighted it to me making sure I was very happy in every aspect of the deal. We are very unhappy with the dealership. We are very unhappy with the dealership. We were told when purchasing vehicle that they take care of the tax, tag and title. They made a mistake so they sent us a check and all the paperwork so that we now have to go wait in line to get our tax, tag and title. This is the first time out of all the vehicles we have bought from other dealerships that we have to do this. They were asked before we signed anything if they take care of this. I must say that the buying process was top notch! I must say that the buying process was top notch! However, it has all gone downhill since! The first week of ownership of my new Ram 1500, the brake system failed. I called service at the dealership, and the service writer said that they were backed up on loaner vehicles, and I was just out of luck.
