DISAPPOINTED Went to this dealership during the week and looked at a car that I saw online. The salesman came out and talked to us about the car and showed us what it was listed for. AVOID AT ALL COST I will give the full story.. but short is - AVOID this spot at all cost, and read these reviews, tons of the 5 stars seem very fake from profiles with only 1 or 2 reviews. Then look at responses to the low stars, several times the business responder threatens legal action, instead of trying to fix the customer service issue....... that should speak volumes to you on the type owner that runs this place. All of the dealers up and down the road here in Athens were hit by a hail storm and we did not try to hide it. We told the customer that it had been damaged, but we had repaired it. When he arrived he found some hail damage that we had missed, we had him bring it back and we repaired it again, which when he returned to pick it up he signed off on the repairs being acceptable. 3 days later, he said it wasn't, so we had him bring it back again, and we attempted to fix it again. when he picked it up again, he said he wasn't sat... read more
Beware purchasing online I don't usually leave reviews but because I spent so much money at this dealership I felt like I needed to. I bought a 4Runner TRD Pro online from them. They sent me pictures of it but conveniently left out the fact that there was a big stain mark on the interior roof, burn marks on the center console, and a huge scratch along passenger door. Services pd for were NOT performed I brought my Jeep here to be serviced and pretty sure they didn?t even service my Jeep. I recommend not bringing your vehicles here because they don?t care about your vehicle and performing the service you are paying for. They did NOT top off my fluids & the ?window cling? w the mileage and date is wrong. Bad customer service Lousy customer service. Will not return calls after the sale.
Worst experiences I have bought and traded many cars with several different dealerships in my life and I can say that I will never go back to Athens Dodge again. No one would ever call us back. After three weeks the deal still wasn't funded.
