RecommendedAtlas Heating & Air, Inc was very professional and personable , he let me know exactly what he would be doing for a service maintenance visit. There was no pressure for upsell , instead he shared with me what he found, which was a huge anthill inside my outside AC unit that he eliminated . He was even running ahead of schedule and they contacted me to see if he could arrive earlier. I was very pleased!

RecommendedI have to give a shout out to Atlas Heating and air. They are hands down the best customer service oriented company I have ever dealt with. Twice I made a call in for AC service and they were here within 15 minutes!!! I highly recommend them for your AC needs. Josh, James, and Rocky are the best and the sweet helpful girl that answers the phone, Christian communicates every step of the way. I have the maintenance plan and am so glad I do.

I first met Josh after 2 different (unnamed) company tech’s advised we needed new a system...at a cost of &4,800 to $5,600...Josh arrived, spent time repairing cut wires, mis-routed wires and our system worked well for 7 years till that home was sold. RecommendedAtlas replaced our AC unit inside and out. It was a difficult install because of what the previous owner had done to the old unit. They did a great job. Recently they came out for a service call and it was our Ring thermostat was the problem, not the unit but they quickly fixed the problem.
