Delighted to have found this practice. Staff are gracious and caring. If you need an injection in your eye, Dr Jain is the best. Discomfort is minimal.
Dr. Jain is engaged, he takes the time with you so you understand your medical condition and treatment. The staff is super cool and friendly.
Best, most caring Retinal Specialist I've ever had care for me. His office technicians are fantastic/precise and of course they interface most with us patients. The front desk is very accommodating and efficient. Dr. Jain comes highly recommended by me.
This Dr. Isn't afraid to give you the personalized care that you deserve. He will also talk to you about what's best for you, but in the end will do what ever you want of its possible. Also he will use whatever is available in medicine to help you with your solution. Be prepared to wait at your visit. He will spend a lot of time with every patient, so sometimes you may wait for a while to be seen. He will assure you that you are in the best best hands for your eye care. I recommend this dr. whenever possible.
I saw Dr Jain at his new office in Carlsbad. I had a great experience with the staff there and of course with Dr Jain. He took the time to explain all options for my eye condition and is obviously an expert in his field. As a physician myself, I am so happy to have been referred to him and would not trust anyone else with my retinas. As an aside, I’m also an ENT, and the reviewer above needs to read an anatomy book because his comment about his sinus makes no anatomical sense.
ridiculously long wait time
i have been a patient of dr. jain for 7 years. he is the best dr for my problem(macular degeneration he explains things very clesrly and alwsys t6r4esats me with respect and a carung attitude, i re commend him highly for any visual service that night be required
I can’t think of anything they could do that would make it better
Did a scleral buckle surgery for a detached retina. Somehow I developed a sinus condition that persisted over a year.... only on the right side which was the affected eye. He was totally disinterested and offered no suggestions. His comment was "I didn't go near your sinuses." At about 15 months post surgery a white piece of shredded silicone came from the back of my throat. I believe it was part of the buckle that blocked the sinus passage. This could have been caused by substandard surgery.
