I have been very happy with DrJain’s medical services and exceptional knowledge of the eye
I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Jain at the Carlsbad location. He is knowledgeable compassionate and complete in his exam. He takes the time to explain and answer questions in regards to my concerns. I have never felt like I was rushed through my exam. The staff is friendly and efficient. Wait time is moderate due to dilation of the pupils. It is easy to schedule an appointment. The office seems well run and coordinated. Parking is available but can be crowded at times. Dr. Jain is wonderful. He really cares about his patient’s health and well-being. He genuinely cares about the patient’s quality of life, and he works tirelessly to provide the best possible care. Dr. Jain is an outstanding doctor, and his entire staff are caring. I require eye injections and have trust issues, but Dr. Jain immediately earned my trust. There is never pain, don't even get the red eye that can happen, he is that good! Dr. Jain is friendly and professional and gives thorough explanations for conditions and treatment. He is diligent in assessing conditions and following progression so that treatment is provided when needed. He answers questions in an understandable way and offers helpful information for possible future conditions. His office staff is friendly, considerate, and efficient moving patients through different stations for testing, assessment, and treatment. I would rate Dr. Jain and his staff as excellent in their patient care.
