When we put our dog in for an emergency they didn’t know what was wrong with her and told us they thought it might be cruciate ligament after nearly 15 xrays then said we have booked her for the surgery anyway... hold on 2mins ago you said you didn’t know what was wrong now she is getting surgery, so we will try and see, not good enough. Absolutely worst vet I have ever been to! Very deceitful and do not disclose all information until you have to specifically ask or query a discrepancy. I canceled my Pet Care subscription with them over the phone, with no issues but then 2 months later I get a call from debit success saying that they never canceled my subscription. When I tried to query this with them, they are too busy to get back to me and I'm literally told that I can not cancel my subscription. Very disappointed after a recent longer term stay at the cattery that resulted in no next of kin call when my cat became unwell. An apology and refund was made for the vet bill and drugs administered but still very let down after this experience having been such “frequent flyers” at the cattery over the years. Now time to part company, and therefore not recommending their cattery services.
