Able to do a trial before purchasing. Really gave them a test attending my 50th class reunion. In a variety of settings, only had to ask once to have something repeated! Great communication from Doug and Sheryl. After 6 months had a problem with the wireless charger, aides were not charging at all. Doug was able to reset and now I have written instructions how to do it myself if it happens again. Very happy with the performance of my hearing sides!
