I have been a resident for almost a year now and I love it here! It has been well kept and built nicely, decorated beautifully, and has great amenities! I have never had any issues and the property manager Kara is the best! The office is well organized and really cares about its residents. I would highly recommend living here!

OUTSTANDING! The property manager Kara is the absolute best. I had an issue come up in my suite and Kara went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified, and during the waiting period she provided temporary solutions to the problem. I can’t even express how much I appreciate her and Phadera both. If you’re new to town and looking for a place to call home please look no further. Here at Aura the staff truly care about their residents. I moved here from out of state and I’m so happy I chose to call Aura home!

I absolutely love my apartment. It’s so convenient so comfortable. The staff is A1. Nothing like living around people who care management is great they always address any problems. You have immediately. It’s a place. You can absolutely consider home.

AURA at Innovation Square has been wonderful for my two senior parents. The entire building is handicapped accessible and is a well -designed and laid out apartment community. The building is well- maintained and bright. Residents are friendly and courteous and are from all over the world. The management team is professional, helpful and kind.

The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and has great amenities. All of the leasing office staff are kind, quick to respond to emails, and made the move-in as seamless as possible. My apartment unit has new appliances, lots of storage space, and very spacious. Proximity to Fairfax market also makes grocery shopping convenient. So glad I picked Aura!
