I took my 12 y/o doggie last Monday 3/27/17. All staff were very kind to us and to my Lucho (Welsh Terrier) Lucho was a new patient and he could get an appointment the same day. The balance they use to weight our furry son is at floor level so my Lucho didn't show any stubbornness to jump in and be weighted :) Also the vet tech, doctor, and Front Desk were really nice. 🐱 There's a reason this place has top reviews, they went above and beyond when we had to bring in our precious kitty at a point when we had no choice but to end his suffering peacefully. The entire staff as well as Dr Kant were so patient and loving, they treated us all like family, even though this was our very first visit. They could not have been more supportive or understanding. I'm disappointed that I could only give 5 stars. I love all the staff at AAH! Dr. Strickland was with us when we got our first kittens all the way through having to make some hard decisions....and allowing us to make them through many tears. She has now come full circle with us and our next generation of fur babies in our home. Thank you to EVERYONE at AAH. You make the easy visits fun and the hard visits easier.

I was referred to you by Chad at Nature Box Pet Emporium after I got my Box Turtle last year. Hands down, one of the best tips I've received. Don't know where Bob and I would be without you, Dr. Willems! You are a rare jewel! The staff here is always so nice and so helpful! Thanks for being there with a smile and an answer every time - especially the time he wasn't actually sick. �

So grateful for the amazing staff at Aurora Animal Hospital. Our dog Monty crossed the rainbow bridge last night and to be surrounded by their supportive and attentive staff who made sure our experience was as peaceful as possible meant so much to us. Thank you isn't enough, but please know we are so fortunate to have an amazing Animal Hospital close to our home.

Such a great place! Im so glad i found them. I have a great dane puppy and 2 senior chihuahuas, and they provide great care and attention without breaking the bank! Highly recommended for great customer service and attention to detail!!!!
