I took my 2 sugar gliders to see Dr. Willems today. I couldn't be more happy with the care and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Willems asked many questions to make sure I had a good understanding of the care required.

The staff at Aurora Animal Hospital are phenomenal!!! They listen to what you have to say and never pressure you into doing anything you don't want to do for your pets. They care for your pet as if they were their own.
We love Dr. Cogswell and her team. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and the offices are excellent. If we could give Aurora Animal Hospital a sixth star, we would.

Love the doctor's and staff. We have been patients for this clinic for 4 years and love that the staff always remember are little 4 legged family members even the ones we said good bye too.
Dr. Holtman and her staff showed so much compassion and sympathy when we were dealing with our senior dogs last moments. They gave us all the time we needed with him, as well as provide some yummy cheese for him. Today, I received a condolence card. I cannot say enough about them. Thank you so much!
