Communication. I know it might be a busy time, and they are working on multiple accounts, but we thought a little bit better communication would have been nice. Something as simple as texting saying, " Ok, I am going to email a doc that needs to be signed, and this is why..." No just us receiving an email saying to sign a doc and we dont know why. Or when we got a call from someone that wanted to know our personal information to "verify" and they claim they were asked to do it from VIP and we didnt know why. Call us or text ... read more
