I started off dealing with one person and the next thing I knew another person (3 individuals ) was handling my files...it would be nice if they communicated and possibly introduce the next person beforehand. I had to call a few times to check status of my loan after viewing the portal only to learn after a few days they had not been reviewed. Once I called to inquire was told they did not receive notification on their end. This part became a little frustrating.
