RecommendedI was at the Anderson Mill location and I cannot say enough good things about the doctor and staff that took great care of me on Tuesday morning, Sept 14, 2021. Dr. Portillo and Lee Ann and D’ Ann took me in right under their wing and explained everything from swabbing me for Covid ( thank God the test came back negative), took a urine sample then set me up with an IV and then did a CT scan. RecommendedI recommend going there before going to a traditional ER. When I had to visit Austin Emergency Center, I was taken back to a room, straight from my car. I was very scared about my injury, and could not breathe. The staff was so polite, and did all they could to ease my fears. I wasn't bombarded with staff from the business office about my insurance or payment. The staff only appeared concerned with making me better! I will likely never go back to a traditional ER..

I can in with facial swelling due to a medication allergy that just kept getting worse overnight and they treated me like some idiot who didn’t know anything.
