Being new to Austin, we were unsure where to go when I became ill. From the moment we arrived until I was released the entire staff was absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone that needed a emergency room. Glad it is located in my neighborhood.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. So much better than a hospital. No waiting for hours to see a doctor! No extenders just MD's.

Sad to say I feel obligated to write this review as what happened to us could've been very harmful. I've taken family members twice previously & was five-star satisfied all the way, to the point where I've recommended this ER to numerous friends! This time, however, was a completely different experience. Our case wasn't life-threatening when we went in so I knew an ER wasn't quite necessary, but it was the only place near us open in the middle of the night that I knew wouldn't take too long to get us in & it couldn't wait un... read more
