RecommendedBeing new to Austin, we were unsure where to go when I became ill. From the moment we arrived until I was released the entire staff was absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone that needed a emergency room. Glad it is located in my neighborhood.
Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. So much better than a hospital. No waiting for hours to see a doctor! No extenders just MD's.

The staff is AMAZING here! They are so warm, polite, and go beyond anything I've seen. It's an actual ER so I'm saying bye bye to hospitals! I came in feeling crappy, and while it's slowly improving I'm super happy with my first visit here. Thanks to everyone in the office!
