Dr. J. Leland was great & helped me make the right choice of treatment. He listened to me and answered my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend this practice for oral surgery.

Very friendly, down to earth people . The extraction was a breeze no pain at all. Beautiful facility and grounds. Dr Cain is excellent he put me at ease with his humor and the teeth took very little time to get out. If you have been putting off a procedure this is the place you need to go.
Dr. Cain is an outstanding oral surgeon and the staff and office personnel are professional and welcoming. I have had several implants and each procedure produced excellent result. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Austin Oral Surgery.
