The receptionist is very rude, treated us like third class citizens. I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late, got there for the time. We waited over an hour to be seen. She kept telling us it be 10 minutes, she made the statement to a colleague that we showed up late and want to be first. I told her we called you ahead to let you know we’d be 15 minutes late. I highly recommend the Georgetown location. The staff is super nice and Dr. Leeland is super hot. Oh, and he does good work and surgery.
I have been going to AOS for more than 20 years and it has alwa been an excellent experience.
Dr Cain is amazing! Super personable and extremely caring. I don’t trust a lot of ppl with my mouth as I have had a lot of issues with it and I trust him completely. Everyone has been friendly and they go out of their way to help. I had a dental emergency and was miserable, and they got me in the same day and fixed it. I have been back several times because I have a treatment plan to fix my mouth and they have been consistently great. Definitely recommend! And they gave me a sonicare toothbrush the last time I was there!
I am so thankful for Austin Oral Surgery.The entire staff was so kind and helpful to me, from the phone calls,to the front desk, then to Dr.Leland & his sweet helpers in the room.I really appreciate y'all being so patient n understanding with me, I've always had terrible anxiety with dentists and don't like being in the chair! Thanks for helping me get thru it-everyone ! ❤️😁
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today and from the initial consult through the whole process, Dr. Leland and the staff (in both the Temple and Georgetown offices) have been wonderful! They were very reassuring to my very nervous teenager!
