Absolutely the best! If you have to use an Oral Surgeon chose Austin Oral Surgery.
I was seen by Dr. Leland. He was actually the second oral surgeon that I had seen for estimates for oral surgery. Dr. Leland was familiar with my clotting disorder, the medicine and tests that I have to have, and even the safe level for the blood clotting test results. Even though his estimate is higher than the other oral surgeon, I have chosen him to do the oral surgery, due to his knowledge and concern for my well being. Cheaper is not always better. I'm going for quality.
Had pain because of 2 impacted teeth other dentist refused but Austin removed them and was eating next day they are great

I hate hate hate hate the dentist and anything having to do with it… Had to go in unexpectedly to have teeth removed and I can’t say what a wonderful experience it was… The staff was kind, courteous and compassionate… Dr Leland was compassionate, gentle, and informative… The entire procedure was easy and I came home feeling relieved… I will definitely be going back to this oral surgeon again for future work because I trust them and I know they do a good job and have a high work ethic and integrity…

Staff is very friendly and made my daughter, who got all 4 wisdom teeth out, feel very comfortable. Office space is really nice, doctor is great and all communication was outstanding. Highly recommend their Georgetown location.
