This review is solely for Brian. I have been an ATFCU commercial client since 2017. Recent changes within the bank interrupted my business on a catastrophic level - like no longer able to pay my employees despite a well funded account. My local branch, which I went into to discuss (la frontera) told me too bad, so sad. I was shocked. And in the process of looking for a new bank. I called the 5555 number and thankfully got Brian. I called Austin Telco to request an in person appointment to set up business and personal bank accounts. I was told by the person who answered at my local branch that due to COVID I needed to set up my personal accounts online and would need to go through the drive through with my business information to set up my business account. I am often greeted by name by the wonderful people who staff this branch. They are pleasant, and always seem to be enjoying their jobs. They're helpful and trusting. It almost feels family-run. I actually love going there! 👍

I had a complicated issue regarding a change to my Will and what paperwork changes needed to be made at Telco. They were patient and so helpful in getting my accounts in order.
