Steven was very knowledgeable of situation to rebalance and tune up our garage door which is 22 years old. I learned about the process by talking with him. many suggestions and ideas for future issues should they occur.
Every company could learn from them their commitment to solve your problems was will worth the expense. Read the other reviews. Steve has a great business due to his hard work and commitment to solving his customers problems.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Great people, great service, and do things right the first time. If you ask, they will do everything possible to make you satisfy. Will recommend them to anyone with confidence you be taken care of.
Very accommodating and easy to work with. We needed a new door, and they didn't try to up-sell us on all the fancy features. Door looks great.

My OLD garage door opener recently closed while I was pulling out causing me to hit the door (it opened/closed randomly on it's own). I called Austin's Greater Garage Doors and Danielle came out immediately and to fit my schedule. She was knowledgeable and made cost-effective yet dependable suggestions - which I took.
