D Johnson These folks are trustworthy and fair. They don’t set too high of an expectation as they are selling used vehicles. Customer service feels more like Customer “care”. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Auto Dot and will purchase again when the need arises. In addition to Oz the Manager, a consistent team has been present prepping vehicles. Great Service AutoDot is a car lot filled with amazing people. I went there to check out a few used cars and the process of test driving went quickly, even without having an appointment. The Hyundai Accent I was interested in needed a few repairs that took some time because of the rarity of the parts, but the staff continued to keep me updated on its progress.
