Shoppin for used car Trying to buy a used car with alot of miles. Older vechcle putting half down but once i told them was going to pay off as soon as i got my tax money said couldnt finance the rest sincei guess they were nit getting their kickback from lender

Knowingly sold me a broken car I didn’t even have the car for 48 hours and it started having problems with the engine. Problems that their mechanics definitely knew about. I drove it less than 80 miles.

Wanted to sell me a broken car Liked all the great reviews so I went to check out a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Took it for a test drive and noticed something wrong with the front end. When I got back and mentioned it to Mike he said “our service guy just told me while you were gone that the front differential has a bad bearing in it. This is not something we would replace before you buy the car and I’d recommend you buy an extended warranty to cover it”. Search for used car Purchase went well. The only issue was the crest on the car said SL but the vin number and paper work said S. I contacted the dealership who said this is a common issue with vin numbers matching the crest of vehicle.

Poor attitude,poor quality Very poor attitude, no understanding towards customer service, poor workmanship, very easy fixable things where not even considered cuz the attitude was quite “what do u expect it’s a used car” mrs nilda was nice that’s the only good thing I can say. Go somewhere else cuz they just want ur $ n don’t care wat they sell u to get it
