I attempted to schedule a test drive appointment & they I attempted to schedule a test drive appointment & they answered. I scheduled for 4pm Friday & they ignored me. So I scheduled another for 4pm Monday & was ignored again. Finally on Wednesday they replied & we setup a test drive on Thursday at 4pm. I received a message at 1pm that day saying they sold the car. They ignored me for a week & then a few hours before my appointment they sold it. This dealership is a joke.
Lemon The day I purchased a 2012 Fiat 500, the tire pressure warning light would not turn off and there was a strong smell of burning rubber. We took the car back that same day and the employees said the warning light would reset and the rubber burning smell was caused by oil burning that spilled. In addition the windshield wiper filler cap was missing. They replaced the cap the next day. However the other two problems persisted. We purchased a one year warranty. Knowingly sold me a broken car I didn’t even have the car for 48 hours and it started having problems with the engine. Problems that their mechanics definitely knew about. I drove it less than 80 miles.
Wanted to sell me a broken car Liked all the great reviews so I went to check out a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Took it for a test drive and noticed something wrong with the front end. When I got back and mentioned it to Mike he said “our service guy just told me while you were gone that the front differential has a bad bearing in it. This is not something we would replace before you buy the car and I’d recommend you buy an extended warranty to cover it”.
