Service guy Matt Riley didn’t know about vehicle protection plan+ and wasn’t able to help me in the service center. I had to go back home to retrieve my paperwork listing the coverage and make another appointment for the following week to have the service completed.

I recommend AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas service department. I was truly blessed to deal with the new maintenance manager, Calob. He sped things right along, He gave me the information I needed to fill out my Claim regarding my battery Warranty. He actually put on a part himself so I did not have to postpone by rescheduling. Deanna Cross also had a lot to do with helping me. I did have a hard time getting a hold of the contact person who was handling my car issues. I left messages but one two of the people were new. Truck was brought in for service. Additional items that needed replacing were found. My service advisor, Ryan Selasky, communicated and coordinated the rescheduling and rental required for the additional repairs. Great communication throughout the whole process. The repair was done promptly and the overall experience was great!
