This is the second service I had with Maria as my service supervisor. She immediately felt like family. Down to earth, honest, smiling and laughing as I was asking for service, etc. and I didn't want to pay a penny. Who does? However, fortunately I have a service agreement. Auto Nation has been my dealershilp for 2 years sincde relocatinv herd from Hawaii They are the greatest and frustworthy to handld both my cars maintenacd with knosldeable leadership and professionalism . I have recommende several others relocating here from Hawaii to trust this dealership .
I have been used to Ken as my service advisor, however when I got to the dealership I was informed by Matt that Ken no longer worked there. Matt insured me that he would take care of me and that he was a close friend of Ken's. I showed Matt my previous service ticket and he was able to give me a much better deal on discounts. I looked at 4 different dealerships in the las vegas area. I was able to find a few to work with however bernie the sales man at auto nation was very easy to work with, with a sincere motivation to help me get into a vehicle.
