Great Service The support during the process is exceptional. I give it a 4 star because like others have said the offer is not what is advertised in CK and a hard pull is done before you are made aware. Ultimately the offer I received worked for the financial goals I had, so proceeded forward. The concierge type customer service with one person is unusual in today’s world and made the process that much better!

Good Experience Josh was my person to help me through the refinancing process and he was fantastic, his bedside manner was phenomenal and was really good about working with me with the different time zones, scheduling and flexibility. He was also very good on answering all the questions I had since this was my first time refinancing and he made this process much easier for me since I could count on him to keep me updated. I would say that the process was slightly slow between paperwork and such but well worth it.
