Good Experience Josh was my person to help me through the refinancing process and he was fantastic, his bedside manner was phenomenal and was really good about working with me with the different time zones, scheduling and flexibility. He was also very good on answering all the questions I had since this was my first time refinancing and he made this process much easier for me since I could count on him to keep me updated. I would say that the process was slightly slow between paperwork and such but well worth it.
