Excellent Service Very professional and friendly. Didn't upsell me on anything; they brought up an additional warranty plan I could have purchased and STILL would have been cheaper than what I was paying before but the sales rep was not pushy at all. Excellent service. Only gripe I really have is that after everything went through and they told me my loan had been funded I have no idea how to bring up my account or make payments. Auto Refinance Communication from start to finish with Autopay was exceptional. Email, phone, text, voicemail. Always available for questions. My agent, Logan, was very knowledgeable.
