Easy Application, Great Communication The application was easy and customer service was knowledgeable and responsive. The actual rate I was approved for and the monthly pymt was a bit higher than what was advertised as the estimate, but that wasn’t surprising to me. My goal was to lower my monthly pymt and it is now $100 less than what I was originally paying. My loan officer kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions.
