JASON IS TOP TIER!!!!!!!!!!! I was hesitant at first just because it was my first time but I was blown away at how easy the process was. NOT ONLY was the process easy, but I was able to call or text anytime, day or night, with any doubts or concerns I had. Overall Great Overall a great process. I appreciated my loan specialist and her ability to answer my questions and get back to me right away. She explained the process and answered every question. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because is was a longer process than anticipated. The notary requirement was a huge hassle and there were some problems with some documents and reimbursements but Rachel was able to get things sorted out with her manager.
