Refinancing my car Outstanding!!! They helped me throughout the entire process and was super patient. Always there to answer any questions that I had. They always kept me updated on the process of the loan. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that I know.
Exceptional service Hakeem Jones reached out to me to go over my approval, however, they were unable to assist me because my loan amount was too high. Hakeem took the time to look into why my rate would go up and did not insist on having me sign a refinance agreement that would put me ever further into debt like my current lender. I appreciate the extra steps he took to help me understand and the no pressure experience.
