Smooth and Fast I thought the process was pretty simple and it went very smoothly. Stephanie was assigned to help me and she was absolutely fabulous. She helped me every step of the way and she kept me informed through out the entire process and went the extra mile to assist me. It didn’t take very long before my old loan was paid off and I got a great lower rate with a new lender.
