Very quick and easy process. Very friendly staff. Justin did a great job keeping me informed and getting all the paper work in order.
Not bad not great but everyone ended up happy Not nearly as low as advertised saved me 175 a month but added 2 years. Dropped 2 percent. Cost around 1300 added to the loan. For the fees associated with the refi. I know it's not quite that since their 45 day pay off was much higher than what my lender told me so I will get a refund on overpay and gap. And had to purchase new gap. Overall good experience and funded fine Took a 36 point hit due to damaging my account age average
10/10 So dang easy! The lady I had helping me what absolutely phenomenal. She would text me updates daily, rather than blowing up my phone and stressing me out and worked with me after works hours.
