If you’re prepared, this will be great. Applying for a loan or refinancing is a serious step that shouldn’t be undertaken on a whim. Simply because this is online, doesn’t mean it will not require paperwork and confirmation. If you’re serious and prepared, this was absolutely a breeze. My interest rate was reduced by 2%, my loan payment by more than $50, and I’m able to pay off quicker with no penalty. Customer service was quick and efficient.
