Great experience They were great. I don’t have the best credit and they were still able to knock $130 off my monthly payments and get me almost 5% off my interest rate, which is what I was aiming for. The process takes a while, but it’s kind of to be expected with a refinance.
Great company Great service from Zaldo! He was very helpful with every step of the process. I had a family emergency which delayed the process a few days but he was very understanding and just plain nice. Glad I was able to have him as my representative and glad I chose this company!
