Amazing experience This process was so quick and easy. I needed to refinance my loan, and remove an ex-spouse from the original loan. I worked with Zachary- he was SO responsive, kind and helpful. From start to finish- the process took a week. I have a busy life and was dreading this for awhile, and now I wish I would have done it sooner. Even with taking my ex spouse off my loan, Zach was able to find me a loan with 2.5 percent interest rate decrease from my original loan, and lower my monthly payment.
