Good for the most part The customer service team with AutoPay was great, made everything pretty clear and easy. I didn't know they're more of the middle man though as they told me the loan actually went thru a company called Exeter, who when I've called uses outsourced agents who are very lackluster and didn't seem to have customer friendly skills.

Lending Communication Matt Waring assisted me with my application and was flawless when it came to what was needed. Matt gave me instructions with how to proceed with canceling previous items and notified me when my loan package would arrive. Overall he was an amazing help and made it easy for me. I appreciate Matt’s help!
