Worth the process! The process from beginning to end was so super smooth. Because one of my streams of income is not traditional, they really worked with me to have it added to my portfolio so I could get the loan and my customer service rep was fantastic!

Great Cust. Sevice, but couldn’t deliver on prom Customer service was very strong. What little dissapointment i have lies with credit karma itself. I was first notified that those with my profile save $150/month with a refinance. My saving actually is only $50 but still well worth it in the short term.
