They add warranties, just decline them So far so good, lowered my payment by almost $200/mo but thats only because I questioned the much lower interest rate vs. only about $50/mo savings. They added on two different warranties and maintenance plans, prepaid oil changes etc. without telling me before they quoted the new payments. Easy straight forward process to get refinanced Easy process, a little more "real" paperwork to do than after you finish the online stuff but easy and Matt followed up with me every day to make sure everything was done correctly.
Easy-to-use and help all the way thought applicati I would first like to say thank you to Travis who walked us thought all the paper work needed. He was there for every question we had with an answer. If you have a high interest rate auto loan please use Autopay. It was painless. It saved us 14,000.00dollar over the life of the loan. Great service Let me start with Rebecca was great. The process was longer than I thought it would take however they did keep me in the loop and informed us what was going on the whole time. I was able to refinance in a much lower rate and a significantly smaller payment. I would highly recommend their service for anyone else looking to refinance. I’m hopeful they do new car loans as well I’m thinking this would be a much better way to get financing when I get ready to buy a car again.
