Amazing customer service experience Got a great deal on refinancing my auto loan, so thankful for the lower rate & payments, but what was even more impactful (to me) was the level of customer service provided by my Loan Specialst - Deliah. She made the process basically seamless and very easy for me, all while maintaining flexibility and patience with me throughout the entire process.
