Auto Refinance Process Far too many moving parts between the broker, Autopay, and the Lender. The Autopay customer service and communication was professional. However, it literally took one month to complete the transaction. I advise...just go direct to the Lender. You just may save a 1/4 point on the APR...and avoid a broker fee.
