Refinance was great and appreciate Ashley Autopay was great and I really appreciate Ashley who helped me refinance at a lower rate and it all went very fast.

Good Took longer than normal to complete but overall happy.
Bait and switch I received a notice stating I was approved for a lower rate saving me about $100 years er month. Reality was I saved $25 with the rare they told me I got in the beginning. This refi added six months to my loan added about $500 for fees and $60 for notary signatures. All to save $25 a month. But the company I was with was awful!
