Fast and easy! Great customer service. Very responsive during the whole process. Fast process from start to finish, started on a Tuesday and was funded the following Tuesday. Just wish I was given more than one option but I don't have the best credit so that's probably why.
Good experience Did everything over the phone. Mr Cortez James was really great; he kept me informed throughout the process. During this process my interest rate went down from 8.99 percent to 8.25 percent which saved me a total of over $51 dollars. The only thing I would say is i should have been given the opportunity up front if i wanted gap insurance and extra coverage on my car.
