Overall great experience and streamlined process. There was a minor hiccup but my specialist gave it prompt attention to ensure it was fixed. But great experience and excellent customer service. From start to finish with my auto refinance getting started under the new lender it only took a couple weeks. Just a suggestion...putting an electronic method for titling switch over and wiring the payoff funds would speed up processes significantly but it's understandable the need for mailing certain items for legalities.
