****** was super helpful and explained the process very thoroughly each step along the way. I had a couple hiccups with my application (my fault, frozen credit) but he was able to help accommodate my address change and also extend my first payment date. Very happy customer, service was excellent.
Process was quick and pretty hassle free. They were able to get me a great refinance lender that significantly lowered my monthly payment. Would definitely recommend and use again.
