Overall a very good experience I had a good experience with Autopay. Was able to get a lower interest rate and extend my warranty. Jennifer Andrew’s that helped me through the process was very kind and helpful from start to finish.
Definitely lowered my interest rate I originally bought my vehicle because I needed a car did I get the best deal when it first came around no but I looked into refinancing it out of pay was able to lower my rate and I was able to purchase some extra coverage that I didn't get the first go around overall the process was easy and they did not hesitate to answer any of my questions no matter how silly they were
Auto refi My loan officer was excellent! Answered all my questions on top of any hurdles and was pleasant throughout the process
