Rare was 3 pts higher than advertised 4 stars instead of 3. The people I worked with were great. They stayed on top of things l, replied quickly when asked question both in text and email. However the rate was 3pts higher than the Creditkarma ad. Even after attempting to pay down the loan to get a better rate. They are not a direct lender just a broker.
