Easy process initially but was time consuming when the agency taking over the loan would not accept our 5 different kinds of identification. Our loan officer was very attentive to what we needed and mde it a smooth transition.

I thought it was fast and efficient, but looking back, although I did sign the contract, they didn't provide the numbers. I have an 800 credit score. After it closed, I found out that it only saved me around $90.Not worth the trouble
