Mr. T Cawley crushed it for me and my family I only got a 20ish dollar decrease in my bill, however I got a two month break from paying my bill which was nice. My customer service rep was helpful, patient, personable, and just human, which made me feel comfortable. We got the job done and I am pleased. Besides I am fairly sure my credit and income is what allows them to get a lower rate so it’s not even their fault.
Big savings!! Initially I was turned off by the first individual I was connected with due to the lack of information then Joseph reached out to me. Right away he his communication style was the right fit. Not only did Joseph provide me with the information needed to feel comfortable during the process he worked in a very timely manner which resulted in helping me save $200 a month and dropped by interest rate by 5%.
