Autopay has been great! My other experiences with even just trying to get to the process have been a hassle with other companies. My agent was kind, patient, and I enjoyed talking with him. Being able to text was also helpful because of being busy at work all the time and the time difference. He even stayed late to help talk me through some paperwork. The communication has been great!
