I worked with Johnataniel and he was awesome! Great customer service and available to email, call or text when I had any questions. Made the process very smooth and simple. Someone like me that has been trying to build credit up and not getting many chances, I found Autopay through Credit Karma to refinance my auto loan, I was so happy to be approved. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you are looking at refinancing. I'm so excited with my new monthly payment and my rates went down as well.
