I used AutoStar transport recently to transfer a used car to my daughter from Palm Beach Gardens to Tuscaloosa, AL. My daughter's original vehicle was unexpectedly damaged in a fire and she needed a replacement immediately. I contacted a few firms and Tony from AutoStar answered my call scheduled my shipment. The driver came to my home and loaded the car and had it in Tuscaloosa the next morning. I was surprised how quickly it got there. Had an expensive car transported across the US to my home. I was very impressed with all of the aspects of this company. From initial inquiry to the delivery day they were 100% transparent and helpful with every step of the process. The amount of care and concern the transporter showed for my vehicle was awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a car transported across the US.
I searched the internet and contacted a handful of Auto transporters; did not go with the cheapest nor the most expensive but was very pleased, maybe lucky that I found AutoStar. They were informative on the phone, answered my questions and had great followup. The pickup went very quickly and smoothly and drop of was on time.
Autostar Transport was great!! They moved my '64 Impala from PA to TX. The price was fair, driver was courteous, on-time, and my car was delivered without a scratch. 100% recommend them!
Daniel Troconis and the Puerto Rico team were great. Super communicative during the process. I wasn't sure about the pick up date in Florida, and they managed to assist me as needed. Cars arrived to Puerto Rico as expected and in one piece, and the staff that assisted us at pickup were super friendly. Customer service is one of the most important things to me, and they did excellent!
