Loved working with AutoStar - I was honestly a little hesitant at first because they were the cheapest quote out of all the ones I checked. However, they were communicative and very helpful with the shipment of my car. Max went above and beyond to help me find a driver on the exact date that I needed it (with my permission and because of my tight schedule, he found drivers at a slightly increased price but even that was cheaper than all the quotes I had found). I was given a quote, that is what I paid. The driver was on time, friendly and very professional. It was the best experience I have had shipping a car and I have done it about a dozen times.

I was stood up by another car carrier, and tried a few more before finding Demetri at AutoStar. He told me how carriers work, and sometimes don't work. After getting his price and deciding on a drop-off location, (Miami, Fl to Cape May, NJ). This was on Memorial day weekend as well, the car arrived to my sister on time and without a scratch. We had a GREAT experience with the salesperson. The only issue I had was that I was promised the price wouldn't change and when their contractor broke down, they asked that I absorb the difference for the substitute. We came to an agreement to split the cost because it was also important that the car arrive on a particular day.

I’ve used AutoStar Transport several times and they do a great job. They are very proactive, do a good job communicating, and offer very competitive prices. I’ve moved my vehicles across the country and all the way to Alaska without incident.

From the initial call to the final confirmation that our vehicle was delivered in Hawaii we were always able to reach the team of Ruth Planas Maritime Dispatch Coordinator and Sean Hancock Transport Coordinator. Autostar Transport did an excellent job with my situation, They worked with me through some unexpected delays, and made sure it was all taken care of, end to end. Amazing service, speed, and customer service. Every person I dealt with was professsional and kind, and attentive to details. Price was very affordable. Would use them again.
