Daniel Troconis and the Puerto Rico team were great. Super communicative during the process. I wasn't sure about the pick up date in Florida, and they managed to assist me as needed. Cars arrived to Puerto Rico as expected and in one piece, and the staff that assisted us at pickup were super friendly. Customer service is one of the most important things to me, and they did excellent!

I worked with Kim Gade of Auto Shipping Group to have a newly purchased car shipped from Washington State to my home in South Carolina. After communicating with several brokers, I discovered that they, in general, will tell you that they have 3 business days, which could be 5 days, just to pair you with a driver. Thank you very much for picking up and delivering our car safely and efficiently at a fair price. Manny and Rachel were terrific. they answered my calls and questions. There were many emails describing the pickup, delivery and the location tracking progress of the shipment. Pictures were provided of the driver's license and the license plates of the truck and trailer. Which was very much appreciated and that helped verify the shipment.

Easy to book. The communication was great. Several people worked this to make sure I got my car where it needed to go in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. The transport driver and his team made sure I got up to date info through the journey. Reviews helped me make my decision. Glad I trusted the process.

I transported 3 vehicles from Connecticut to Florida using autostar transport. They were great! Edwin was amazing. We got a good deal and He called and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend Autostar to family & friends! Super quick super easy! Our cars even reached our home before we did lol. Great service!!!

I was in my home state at the time. Met up to leave my car. I gave a pretty ridiculous time frame of 2 days and the driver went 1500 miles from the east coast west in 2 days. The same guy I met to drop off was the same one I saw on the pickup. The guy is a beast and my car was as I left it.
